EEPROM NM27C256Q & 93C46 broken - need help

Hello

I have Still R70-30T LPG, WV engine sn. 51704000136 from 1997y.
I have short circuit on starting board. I have found that EEPROM NM27c256Q & 93C46 is broken. Is there anyone who could help me and send program for this memories?
