Discussion:
No power under load

I have a Clark CGC20 with the 4g64 Mitsubishi, and having a hard time with it. Fires right up, idles great, revs up in neutral nicely. When you put it in drive it falls on its face with acceleration. Has no power and bogs down/stalls out. I've put new wires, plugs, caps, rotor. I've pulled the timing cover and check the timing belt for a jumped tooth. It didn't.. Checked ignition timing several times. Rebuilt the LPG mixer and carburetor. Replaced the fuel lockout filter. All 4 cylinder have good even compression. Messed around with the governor nothing helped. Completely disconnected it now. I've converted it over to a 1 wire GM alternator but it ran good for awhile after that, so I dont think that has anything to do with it. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the crank shaft timing belt sprocket. Had one slip on the keyway.
