mast wont go front

Dear
any one can help for FM x 20 reach truck mast is operating but wont go front
only up, down, tilt, side shift
but when move to the front only little then stopped and been back also
moreover its very slow
but the machine is moving without any problem and nothing is displayed on the screen
please someone help

Bro I just had the problem of mast not going front I checked the reach sensor I remove it and put it back and appears another error code A 3421 it's lifting slowly up and fast down can you help me please

Hey I was had the same problem I cleaned and the mast it started go front but slowly and lifting up is too slow what's the reason pleas ?

after 3 working days finally we got it, due to a fool driver he accidently miss alignment the battery from going out as it was slightly inclined

its mechanical problem

hello

You must calibrate the reach sensor with diagnostic software. Look to sensor in carriage under battery for damage possible
