Cash money for Yale Tech Support phone troubleshooting

My local Yale dealer has been no help. I have a good mechanic just need to talk to somebody about the electric hydraulic problem i am having with no REACH or TILT. happy to pay good money via paypal.
or perhaps someone knows someone i can talk to. I have service manual but can't decipher.

Display panel registers when button is pushed. Reach extend or Tilt etc..

Pump is on. No signal is sent to solenoid. Solenoids test a OK.

Fluid is getting to the valve block on the Mast from the main feed lines. When i take the solenoids out it seems no fluid is getting past what appears to be check valves in the machined valve block.

All other hydraulic functions on this machine work.

it is on prior to command, most likely because the dead man switch are bypassed.

do not know prior history of the machine as it was sold like this at auction.

i don't understand why it is not getting any flow past check valves on mast. it gets fluid up to the check valve. I have not checked pressure or flow up there but it comes out pretty good. Seems to me that it should be ready and waiting with hydraulic pressure and whne you press tilt or reach the solenoid should react to allow the fluid to activate cylinder.

I don't believe these have proportional valves on them as they are extend retract, no speed regulation like your lift or your drive motors would have.

thanks

When you say "pump is on", do you mean it comes on when reach or tilt is commanded?.. Or that it is already on prior to command ?
Has the unit been serviced or worked on anytime recently, or did the issue arise on its own ?
