BT VCE100 error ( E258 ).

Hello
I have a BT vectore VCE100 module 2012, 80 V battery
It works in a normal way, except that after moving about 3 meters forward, the error symbol (E258) appears, and after that it moves very slow and the lifting also becomes slow.
please someone who can help me,
