horn only works sometimes

Hello I have a reach truck the horn will only work a few times then stop working. i checked power wondering if it could be the button on handle. if it is button on handle how does it come off reach in order to replace it? please any suggestions will be great help Thank you

Handle comes apart easy with hex screws and button has a 3 wire connector. Should take 10 min to complete.
