fuel system closed loop

very hard start. once running, sounds pretty good. hate to replace regulator and be wrong.

Closed loop codes are for rich or lean state?
Do you have any other codes?
It's LPG or gasoline? If LPG you need Propane gas for good start below 0*C

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
