Hydraulic problem

Hi all,
I have 608FD30 Tilt was not working and our technician removed flang from solenoid valve of tilt functions (main controlled valve) now fork are lifting up to free lift and main lift isn't working
Any idea ?

He removed solenoid valve and take out the small piston and spring from valve and reinstalled solenoid with piston and spring.

Removed flange?? Did he disconnect the tilt lever linkage to the control valve?
If the mast is too far tilted forward, the forks wont lift above free lift
