Event code 226

The forks goes up very slow and also it goes down very slow.
The lift pump motor rotates very slow on both directions.
the 3 phase cables from access 2 to pump motor heating up.
What could be the possible cause?

I checked cooling fan, the fan run good
I checked all the connections, all good

the lift going up and down very slow
also the lift pump motor rotating very slow
the 3 cables to the pump getting hot
access 2 heats up and the code 226 sets, after lifting the fork for a minute or 2

could be cooling fan not running, or loose connections building heat. you can check fan operation in accessories menu
