2014 skyjack 3219 problem

hi I have a Skyjack 3219 2014 that when is going down engages reverse at the same time , I already changed platform controls , replaced valve body and solenoid and keeps doing the same I am thinking that might be a diode but looking for an easy way out to see if anyone has encounter this before and can guide me to diag this easier. thanks

hi yes I did It was 2 cables on the lower connector for the platform controls that where open and touching each other
