Steer turning at startup.

Hi everybody. I'm new on this forum. I'm Working in a multi brand fork lift repair shop. I've a Faulty L16ap X372 , turning at startup with no request, don't stops.
Both dual pots ,center point tested on page 61 ok. 8's teaching pages for pots , ok. I have tried to factory reset and just the same. Motor impedances for the fields are the same and less than one ohm.

Ok so, motor repaired and assembled again. I have same issues. It turns to the left or to the right on depending the steer wheel position. I've mounted motor and controller in a twin machine and works fine.

Hi, at last I changed eps controller and I had same issues. So, I decided to put original controller in place and wire it to a eps motor assembled in a working twin lift truck. It was fine and I got surprised because impedance measurement comparisons between motors were almost equal.

Hi! I had one same model lift truck under service and this model sucks! =D
Do you have any fault codes? if you have another same model piece of ****, change eps controller and test does it start to work. If calibrations are ok, i think you have possible controller fault.
