Discussion:
Steering sensor missing error

Hi we have this truck serial 5A236120 a 2019 model which throws up a steering sensor error. However steer works but rest of the truck functions do not. There was a problem with the overhead mast cable which snapped and after this truck fault occured.

Crown have been out to it and diagnosed the steer inverter and access module 4. However, qe tried changing the access module 4 and still same issue. We do not suspect steer inverter as it steers ok.

The horn doesn't work either and when we check inputs using the display it shows that the safety foot switch (dead man) not operating. We noticed that the lights are not lighting up on any of the steer sensors and the safety dead man switch. Usually these light up, but in this case nothing.

We suspect there is a card called CAN-out-card, this might have something to do with it, but have no information so cannot trace wires back. Can anyone please assist with advice or a wiring diagram perhaps.
All fuses ok, dc dc converter output is 10v which should be 12v but close enough as truck camera and monitor works ok so assuming it has nothing to do with the dc dc converter.
Thanks
