Portable Forklift

I have a unique requirement of a small lifting device that can either fold down or easily be dismatled to fit in the rear of a small van (lwb peugeot partner).

Basically the van carries one piece of equipment that is 1.2m x 1.2m, weighs around 120kg and has to be lifted out, moved a short distance and placed onto the floor for my customers to move.

Ideally the device should be able to move short distances over grass, gravel etc.

Before the pandemic this was easy, two of us used to lift it and place it in position, however now it has to be a one man operation and will be for the forseeable future.

I've tried scissor lifts (too heavy / cumbersome), a DIY acme screw (too cumbersome) and even a non-hydraulic lightweight pallet stacker ( it wouldn't quite fit in the van and was awkward to get in there without scratching the van which is brand new).

Can anyone suggest something I've not considered ?

Perhaps a small trailer would make some of your previous choices less cumbersome or even open up larger possibilities. The overhead decrease in employee wages may be best redirected towards this expense.
