Discussion:
Oil cooled brakes low pedal / brakes grabbing at low speed 4cyl Diesel

Removed excess play from master rod / checked for external leaks / checked to see that park brake cables and external piston levers were not seized.

Recalibrated XSMN Valve / Set Auto Decel to 4 and inch overlap to 4 and it seemed to be fine at higher speeds and rpm but when an operator is doing light work trying to inch forward and brake it seems you loose pedal and the ability to fine adjust your stopping power on the brake pedal and the brakes just come on and jerk the machine which has scared operators into using it and it is a really nice unit with a cab etc.

Any ideas or comments.. Thanks
