Oil in coolant reservoir

I did the PM Service and then checked fluids and found oil in the coolant reservoir, I'm thinking a bad head gasket or what can be bad on this engine (4Y engine) any ideas.....

Carlos, if your finding oil in cooling system, more often than not its the transmission oil cooler in radiator
