Linde T16/1152 2011

Hello,
I have Linde T16/1152 from 2011. Unfortunately, I have a problem with it - it can move up and down (lifts and puts down) but it can't move forward and bacwards. Moreover, when I switch on the battery it works some time and shuts down by itself and stops. It doesn't display an any errors whatsoever.
Would it be possible to advise me on the issues and to send me an electric scheme?

Best regards,
Ivo Vasenski
