Cranks but wont start

Hello new to this page but am have a cranks but wont start issue with this toyota. I can start it by spraying brake cleaner into the air filter and it will run the entire day but once left over night wont start again. I have changed out the regulator solenoid and have also done a tune up and still same issue. Any thoughts need some help

Have a toyota 8fgcu32 that has the same problem but is throwing a code on the dash I can't seem to find. It's 1D-6. Any help with this code and an explanation of why it's being thrown would help me tremendously

Ryan, if the regulator has a adjustment screw on top, screw it counter clock wise in
1/2 increments until it starts as it should
