Slow drive, like brakes are stuck on

Toyota 7FBMF25

No error codes showing.

The truck drives really slow, it is as if the brakes are stuck on, the brake master cylinder has clearance and appears to be working correctly. The park brake switch also seems to be working correctly. What should I be testing/checking?

If I jack a wheel off the ground it wont turn with park brake off.

Thanks for the reply John,

This truck has had a sensor bearing about 12 months ago, that's not to say that it doesn't need to replaced again.

Since I started this thread our best electrics guy returned from holiday and has diagnosed that the battery is actually the problem.

The customer wants options on changing the machine.
