CARRIAGE DOESN'T LOWER--SER# 70760

WE RE-PACKED THE 2ND STAGE (OUTER) LIFT CYLINDERS AND THE FREE LIFT (CENTER) DOESN'T LOWER ALL THE TIME AND STICKS AT DIFFERENT HEIGHTS WITHIN THE FIRST STAGE MAST. THIS TRUCK HAS THE MANIFOLD AT THE BASE OF THE MAST. CARRIAGE WILL EVENTUALLY, OVER HOURS, DRIFT DOWN.
