Engine will not come down to idle runs about 1500 rpm

Had the wiring harness burn up down under fuse panel on left hand side. replaced wiring harness and fuse panel. after replacing harness had to replace foot pedal position sensor. did relearn and engine will not idle. runs about 1800 rpm. cleaned throttle body but made no difference. has no codes. replaced throttle body but made no difference, replaced ecm and it brought rpms down to 1500.

serial number is AT13F30376 build date is August 2010

since you replaced ecm you'll need to hook up diagnostic program and make sure all settings are set correctly.
easiest way is to get dealer to come out and do it.
