No power steering

Have here a Yale Model: Erp040thn36te082 S/N: F807N03308C
Power steering motor worked one day and the next day it doesn't. checked fuses, connections, relays, and no codes come up. smaller wires going to motor has 37 volts, but when seat switch is triggered all power is lost. have power going to motor but does not function. any thoughts?

Need more information to better help but Have you looked into the orbital valve located in the steering column the is also a sensor located on steering wheel make sure they are both working. As for the seat switch once you sit on it/engage the switch it looses all power like cuts out ?
