nichiyu not initializing , no display

Hello All,
This is just a follow up or add on to my first post. The board indicate two LED lit namely L0 , L1 but no display shows up nor initialization happens only backlit display LED light show. I suspect the board doesn't received the key switch start action. I have no idea where to check since i have no documents at hand. I would like to ask for any assistance even a wiring guide for key switch better if someone with kind heart provided the whole. By the way the board is Nichiyu PB83-90 and on the unit display mark sicos 60. Any help is highly appreciated Thank's !
