NICHIYU FBRF14 Steering and LCD not working.

NICHIYU FBRF14

The unit turns on.
Up down reach and tilt works.
Forward and reverse is working.

The problem is:
Steering is not working.
LCD display not working (total blackout)

What do you think is the problem?
