No high speed lift

As far as I know this truck has never had high speed lift. The M3 motor looks like new. If you ground the P2 contactor the motor and pump will run. No ground found when backprobing the Access2. The values for the lift handle are good. The P2 is turned on in the settings but output tests are not available. I've tried another Access2. I thought there might some safety issue but no warnings or codes appear.

Is the 12 inch switch on the mast ok? It cuts out high speed lift for the last 12 inches of lift to keep it from slamming stops. Also you say P2 is turned on but is it in P1 performance and not P3 or P2.
