Carbon Monoxide

Hey guys,
just wondering if anyone has CO issues with these machines?
We have three of these 8FGU25's and one is producing more CO at 3/4 trottle then the other two. I popped the cap on the top of the regulator and got the the machine less then 1.0 ppm on the gastic glass tupe tester but any lower the machine begines to surge. 1.0 is with in her limits but the other two machines are much lower o.5 and less at 3/4 trottle. all machines are good at Idle. Thanks
