Crown SP 3500 raise switch fault

Hi,
im working on a crown sp3500 and cant find the source of this raise switch fault. upon start up after charging (or any time battery is reconnected to lift) i get the beeping and Raise Switch prompted on the display. i have already ohmed out and checked low and high speed switches and both test good. found fault code 435 and went through the test/resets and still no luck. if i let the lift beep away on initial start up it eventually clears the code and operates normally, even when keyed off and on again. i only have this issue when reconnecting the battery. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or maybe know what steps to take to repair? i have already gone through all of the service manual steps for trouble shooting code 435 with no success.
Thanks Blake

If you have another SP3500, swap the display panel.

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
