Discussion:
Code 61 Error

I'm getting a code 61 Error display when I go to turn on my lift truck. Along with the code, the Wrench Icon on the dash is lit up. What's causing this and how can it be fixed?

I've been able to show customers the part is bad by slowly moving the tiller handle a few mm at a time until the code is displayed. Mark that spot, then you will be able to duplicate the code by stopping the tiller handle at that mark

I'M having the same issue with my unit. It has been going on for a long time but the problem is getting worst because the code will come on and stay for a few days. The relay is ok but I'm not sure if the issue is coming from the steer encoder.
Is there a way I can checked it or I just need to replace?

Code 61 is a steer controller fault. I've found steer "tachometer", or "encoder" to be bad. If it codes upon startup, note the position of the steer tiller and see if that is a dead spot in the encoder. Otherwise check your steer relay, have found burnt tips before.

i only have 61-1,2 62-1,2 63-1,2,3 and 64 Above

All of them are Sensors. Check the Load sensor. maybe thats what giving you the error. or better check the other sensor like Lifting Sensor, Tilt Angle Sensor ect.
