I have the same problem with a Hyster order picker. I have the service manuals and the Service tool, however, I have not been able to find how to reset the height encoder value. It reached the maximum height (370") and then it got the Hydraulics Disabled error code. It was manually lowered, now it is shown the error code 30116. Does anybody know how to reset the Height Encoder Value ?. Thanks !.

For the second code you can try lifting the mast above 30" then lower to floor, If this resets it the problem was in shut down truck before fully lowering, if it does not then there is a problem in wiring or a component.

Both codes are for a problem with the height encoder and the mast prox. switch. You need the service manual to do a reset on the height encoder. In most cases this will clear the problem.

There is a mismatch condition between the mast prox switch and the height encoder.
