justin - FYI the deal between NYK and Mistushibi (Mistsubishi Corporation - trading company - not Mitsubishi Heavy Industries - engineering and production company) started to go south when Mitsubishi Heavy Industries started builing sit down ride electrics at the Houston, TX production facilities in 1990. The joint venture (MCFA) between MHI and Cat started in 1992.

your local mitsubishi dealer
mistu imported NYKs at one point so they still provide parts
the deal between the 2 soured when mitsu started using raymond to build their narrow isle machines and jacks
as a result sometimes parts are hard to get and long lead times
they should have stock on the casters though

heres a tip
those chopper modules are real sensitive to bad batteries and pushing things so warn your customer
when they go its 1 heck of a smoke show according to the operators lol
