Code 1:580

Unit won't take log-in. Operator code... then enter... and all you get is a beeeep and a circle with a line through it on the CID.
Prior to that in code history also code 3:332 - which isn't in my manual, but as of right now I cannot start unit in emergency mode or any mode.

Hi, Just I am giving some more hints for errors 1:580 & 1:581.

Whenever above errors on the display, Just switch on the machine with emergency mode & Switch off the machine, Then switch "on" in normal mode, Your problems will solve, We do many times.

Just as a Masala/ Salt for your problems,

Good luck.

RGDS.

So this deal started out with Code 1:580. Took the fuse box apart, everything "looked" like brand new (but it is a printed circuit board and I'm no rocket genius so ???). Put the fuse box back into unit and it starts up?? BUT - now that the unit will fire up - we move on to the other code 3:332. Long story short I replaced the ACT and it's back up running again. Wish machines didn't spit out Codes that aren't in the manual, and maybe I don't have the most up to date manual??
I fear the 3 new units we are about to receive will have me leaning heavily on dealer support as they seem to get more and more "proprietary" in terms of info and manuals.
We shall see. Thanks for the help, once again.

Thanks.
Took the fuse box out and took it apart. Key relay looks perfect certainly not welded, actually has some continuity issues ( in my feeble diagnostic mind) in the printed circuit board from the key relay to the spade terminals that the harness plugs into. One side is "open".
Ordered a new fuse box and hopefully that will fix that, then I will move on to the other codes if still present. Unit is dead in the water until I can at least start it back up.

1:580 = K20 Key relay contacts welded.

3:332 = ACT did not respond during start up.

Check fuse F73 isn't blown.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
