Discussion:
Codes 65299 and 13368

I have a J35XNT S# K160N that throws a code 65299 when you tilt all the way back but all hydraulics still work but it drives like the brake is on and now I have a code 13368 but see no change in the unit. Battery has 2.1 across all cells and 1300 specificgravity across all cells but when driving the unit battery voltage drops from 42.6 volts to 35.7 real fast. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I think they are referring to the backup alarm relay.

No more 65299 code only have the 13368 code that shows up as soon as I turn the key on. You had mentioned that it was a motion relay ? What does that do? And do I need to replace it?

35.2 should not trip out the controller. I would check all the connections at the controller.

I do believe it's the battery, it goes from 38.6 down to 35.2 when I dead head the tilt.

Have you checked the battery voltage under load?

The relay should be under the floor plate just to the right of the left tilt cylinder under a black cover with a thumb screw on top. the motion relay is the one closest to the front of the truck.

It has the feature of auto shut off on the lights. The wrench flashes and 13368 shows up when you first turn the key on and you have to push the arrow button to get the password screen to put my password in.

Does the truck have auto activated lights? I think that code is for this option. If the truck does not have this option I would ignore the code. A fast drop in the battery voltage will cause all kinds of odd codes to come up.

Thanks for the info, Do you happen to know where the relay is located? tried to find it in the parts book but had no luck.

13368 is shorted or open circuit in motion relay.
652299 is controller failure, this can be caused by low battery voltage. I would check out the battery.
