Discussion:
CODES

This may get a little long winded so I will try to focus on details. machine serial# 1A423695. TM brought machine in and says it wrenches out. I turn the machine on and everything works correctly. I checked the event history and have 4 codes...201,301,501,105. I wrote the codes down, cleared the event history, and turned the machine off. Waited 30sec to a minute and turned it back on...got a longer than normal beep and then wrench. Checked the event code and now have 301,201,501,105.
Here is where it gets crazy...cleared the history turned machine off and unplugged the battery. Plugged battery back in and turned machine on...test drove, on guide in isles, up/down everything works. Drove back to shop, turned key off and then back on...yup you guessed it, long beep and wrench...same codes just in a different order...201,301,501,105. I did the same steps a couple more times and the codes were all the same except for the last time, I got, 201,301,504,501,105.
So I started trouble shooting the codes step by step from the manual for each code and as far as I can tell everything tests correctly. Has anyone had this issue or have any insight as to what else I can do (besides driving it off the end of the dock, boss man didn't like that idea). Thanks in advance!

Sorry its been a while but I have an update on this. We got the new access 1 installed and updated the software and we still had the same issue. So we dug a little deeper (3 of us). Going through the steps of each code we had showing up. Everything seemed to check out. I came into work one morning and the tech on first shift says you wont believe this one. He found the K2 relay was sticking intermittently. Switched the relay from another machine and VOILA it works like its supposed to...
It was definitely a learning experience for a newer tech like myself...just one more to put in the "tool box" to save for another time. Thanks for the help, greatly appreciated!

When you get new Access you will have to get a Crown tech in to install new software. Truck will probably fail power up till they do.

If you have more than 1 truck, swap the Access1 and see if the problem follows or stays with the truck

All your codes are for Display Access #1 not communicating with rest of truck. Could be something with key switch power not getting to display to turn it on and it not communicating or key switch power not getting to those modules. Check for your green power on light to modules and key power to display. Also check you static ground strap to floor.
