Discussion:
SP3450H-30 Code 395

My service manual and customer access version of PSRT both skip 395.

Just replaced trac motor. Clearing fault history and checking setups I noticed the MMS was disabled. This truck/motors do have the MMS option. Figured enabling MMS might save on another motor meltdown. When rekey get a code 395. Go back in and disable MMS, rekey and no codes. Anyone seen this before or have a code description for 395?
Thanks!

@nathan_a Glad to hear you were able to repair them. Mine was pretty fried. When I showed it to my FOM he just okayed ordering a new board and I didn't argue! Easy $$ haha

I took the card off and checked the back and also had 2 conductors burnt. I repaired the cards on both trucks and the code is gone. Now I having to replace both drive motors.

The field service manager from our local Crown dealership said he'd get ahold of Crown and get back with me. That has been over a month ago.

I made notes on this code for my future reference. But again... I don't work for Crown or a Crown "partner" dealership. I have a customer (limited access) version of PSRT and every time they shoot updates out, my notes in the "tech note" section get deleted. So I rely on my own backup notes. If enough people contact Crown on this maybe they will update code descriptions or send out a PIB.

That is probably the first time that this problem occurred, and that code was not programmed into the access yet. Check to see if the software needs upgraded, and I'll see what my PSRT says.

Crown will not respond other than pawning me off to the local dealership that basically told me I am crazy! "395 does not exist"

I found 2 burnt conductors on the distribution board (back side). Both were for the MMS circuit. Replaced the distribution board and everything is good to go.

Still no Code Desc for 395 though... Those of us who have seen it know it exists... :) Good luck!

Did anyone figure this out? I'm having the same problem with 2 trucks and can't find anything on code 395

MMS wires are all connected to all 3 motors. I even tried disconnecting them with no change.

When you turned on MMS did you hook the wires up to the all the motor sensors or did you just turn it on.
