Toyota 8FBCU25

I am having an issue with my forklift right now and am hoping someone can help. Any time I raise the mast into the second stage, the maintenance light comes on and the display shows the code 67-1. I can still lift the forks up and down with it going off but sometimes I cannot tilt the mast while other times I can. When I lower the forks down to where the second stage is completely down, the error goes away and the maintenance light goes off.

Can anyone please help me diagnose this issue so that I can get it fixed?

Thank you very much. I will look into this. I was informed today that there is another warning code coming up on this same forklift. The warning that is coming up this time is CB_2. I am not sure of the circumstances of when this warning came up because it happened on another shift.

Any help is appreciated.

Probable cause:
1. Connector contact defect
2. Harness defect
3. Lifting height switch defect
4. SAS/OPS controller defect
5. IG fuse defect
