WILL MOVE WITH NO LOADS BUT WILL NOT SPIN TIRES WHEN UP AGINST SOMETHING,OR WON'T MOVE WITH HEAVY LOAD,NEED HELP

hey check ur rpm,s max about 2500 with no load- neutral , after, stall de engine with transmission and then stall the engine with the hydraulics tilt max back on all these the engine should meet the 2500 rpm if no check ur governer , after carb either in gas or gas-petrol adjust , if this doesent work have to check trans. presures main have to be equal to fwd and rev.
