the End of Materials Handling as it is known today

The Materials Handling market is about to change. With only around six or seven of the world's manufactures serving. With in the next 10 years most warehouse will be completely different Companies like KION of China DAMATIC or TOYOTA of Japan VANDERLANDE will dominate the warehouse business with hole turnkey products. Pallet trucks, reach trucks VNA truck will all be replaced with automated equipment.

Counter balance forklift sales will also decline and be replaced with complete handling systems that will be able to move products around a facility with out the need of an operator. Out side the facility there will also be big changes Both Diesel and electric forklifts will be replaced with 100% zero emission products that will have much longer ranges then electric forklifts and will be able to handle loads up to 72,000kg while being 100% zero emission. Companies Like Hyster who have backed Hydrogen to the tune of up to $260 million investment will see this disappear as hydrogen forklifts wont be able to compete with the new technologies that will offer lower cost's ,no need for high pressure systems ,be less explosive and more cost effective than hydrogen.

Exalt leading the way to a zero emission future

ifter01, its very easy to say but quite hard to do, what we set out to do is build a completely new company from a clean sheet of paper, i understand how hard it is to build a service company from scratch. But to build a manufacture with a new product has not been easy we have learnt so much over the time we have started from looking at the product design to how the future will look. In ths journey that started as a company that would make diesel powered equipment we learnt that diesel would be gone within ten years, so we needed to come up with a solution unlike the competitors lithium ion. That in our opinion wont meet customers needs or hydrogen that again in our opion will be just to exspensive to be competitive. We came across ammonia that we have developed in to the IC ammonia hybrid system.

This has been a long hard journey and been funded by ourselfs with no outside investors. While there are a number of interested investors now at the begining we have done all this on our own.

Now you can say i having a rant but i just wanted to explain how hard it has been.

Now we have all the components we need tested to put what we want together we can now start the important job of building the equipment

The name change was done as we wanted to have NH3 in our name and as we like i have said we done this all on our own the only money spent is ours no one ealse ,so comements like nigerian scammer are just your opion. But try to do something and build something that you can actually say well This company XYZ ltd is mine i biult this from scratch and i have made it what it is

Dave Dave Dave once again instead of going on a rant answer a straight question. Where is this truck you have promised to show to the world ever year pal. Believe it or not we on here would support you if you actually did what you said but you seem incapable of that.
As for what I have achieved it's quite a lot pal but I'm not here posting crap about a product that doesn't seem to exist so that's not up for discussion pal.
So Dave want us to stop criticising you show your product pal you've promised every year for hod knows how long (and not a badly made video on YouTube either)
As for the name change I've checked on companies house pal the name change is because you've dissolved the companies you've been involved with (hence the names on here) and looking at companies linked to yours and Gillian's directorship that seems to happen ever 12 to 24 months pal please remember all of this is available for anybody to see.
I'm up home in Yorkshire in a couple of weeks Dave want me to call round to your house in Southowram for a cuppa and a chat??

Hard for a product to promote itself when no one has seen one in actual use (except in a Lego model) and the intro dates keeps bouncing around like a BB* in a box car. *as in an a Daisy air rifle
As far as your company goes, no one knows of your company 'cause you and/or your investors haven't promoted it or published info on it - like Elon Musk has with his Telsa over the years.

Like , i have pointed out, known of you know our business or anything about our company, or by the looks of it anything of real interest.

As for me trying to promote our product well what can i say the post is called THE END OF MATERIALS HANDLING AS IT IS KNOWN TODAY.

But yet known of you have either put a post that might conribute to how the future of materials handling will look. You all seem fixated about what we are doing and how to knock what we are doing

like comments of looking for another mug thats why the name change.

I have never hid on this platform unlike all you who knock me , you all hide behinde the fact that you can use names on here

i don't need to slam Hyster Yale i have said my opinion on Hyster Yale and time will tell on this.

ChrisK claims he has designed built and sold, made money on products what products have you desgned and built ,

now you cliam im here to promote a product. the truth is i dont need to promote the product it promotes its self and the only people that mention it are all you who seem to like what we are doing because you are aways going on about it.

now why dont you just a least make a comment about what you think the future might hold

Innovators in the past have usually tried and failed several times on a concept , but keep trying until they prevail. Ben Holt (Cat) is a very good example of of this. They brought a product to market , failed and kept on going until they had a product that people wanted. All of your early tractor makers had failures but kept at it until they failed and went out of business or came up with a working product that sold. I do not see any of this from what ever name he is going by now.

".....us why dont you say what you have achived....."

Well, in the 10+ years you have been at this. I have designed, built, sold, made money, made improvements, made more money on multiple products.

So come Q2 of 2022, you will have done none of those. You'll lie and tell us you have, you will just lack any proof other than your word.

Dave, Dave, Dave more garble - So far you only have told us of your DREAM and shown one Lego type model and changed your screen name at least 3 times. In other words, you have produced a dry DREAM and not a wet one - go back to sleep.

If you look back on this forum he has been banging on about his dream machine for over 10 years, if all he has after that amount of time is some drawings and no real evidence of an actual machine then it ain't gonna happen.
Must have some real patient investors to wait this long to see a return or do you keep having to look for another mug and that's why the name has changed a number of times!

not going to get off on it that easy dave...
we're not the ones doing this, promoting this.
But most of us are the ones that have been in this business for many years and have seen snake oil salesmen come and go...
actions speak way louder than words sir...
so...
with that said, you can either produce some tangible evidence or please keep quiet until you can.

lifter01 we are still many many years in front of you. as we have a product and we have the technology.

When i said about ammonia for the fuel you all said that this could not be done, not only have we done it we have shown we have done it.

now some companies are waisting millions on developing hydrogen engines that when compaired to ammonia they are not feasable on the financial side. they stll need hydrogen storing at 350bar they stll need hydrogen that give around 30% less power.

So yes Lifter01 what have you ever achived or done.

One point i have noticed on here is there are plenty of people with opinions about what we are doing but none with any knowlge of what we are doing.

instead of knocking us why dont you say what you have achived, and how you would improve the industry because over the next five years this industry will change to something none of you will understand.

How do i know this because not one of you who critisise us will ever develop a ground breaking idea.

Turnip Q2 2019 then Q3 2020 if you believe this will ever see the light of day then you'll see pigs fly mate. This has been ongoing with his non existent modular design for years now and if you check companies house you'll see Dave has quite a few failed companies behind him going all the way back to Shaw in Halifax a lot of years ago

Dave Dave Dave you promised this wonder truck would be shown in Q3 last year those were words from your own pen on here pal. I will ask again where is it why have you not done what you say you will (you also promised a reveal in Q2 2019)
You were asked a question as how you can do it and the big boys can't?? Well Dave it seems the only people who believe you are the fairies at the bottom of the garden in Cottingley mate. This isn't going to go the same way as the Shaw loader is it by any chance?? Yes I remember that

well thanks for the interest, im sure you will be all happy to know that we are progressing nicely , and the sytem will prove to be a big hit with customers of large forklifts over 10,000kg. Customers that would like a 100% zero emission machine capable of offering the same perfomance efficiencies and range as what they expect from their diesel equipment. Unlike battery electrci that either need charging every 4 hours or battery exchange every six hours.

i was asked a question the other day about how can we, do what we can do when the big companies carn't. Well the simple answers is this. When we set out to design our range we did this with a clean sheet of paper and a open mind, we understood that to achieve a design that the customer requied we needed not to conform to the old ways of design.

Like we also say The big companies say Impossible, WE SAY IS POSSIBLE

Logistics management promotes process strategy, planning, and execution by considering customers' requirements and industry norms.

Since you have yet to produce 1 unit, other than a Lego model - customers can't be going for your pipe dream.
