Yulia:

If the new Jungheinrich rotating cabin lift truck pans out, it will revolutionize standard forklift truck manufacturing. It ergonomically addresses some operator sprain and strain causes by rotating the operator in the direction of travel in lieu of having the operator look over his/her shoulders while backing. It also improves travel visibility thereby increasing pedestrian safety. With a few additional tweaks, it could also offer other ergonomic improvements. The styling is also acceptable.

Forklift functionality, however, will always beat forklift styling. Linde probably has the most futuristic look for a forklift. Buyers, however, want more than futuristic looks.

As for Komatsu, I feel that they need a new color scheme. Their trucks remind me of junkyard assembled cars in the U.S. where the owners replace damaged exterior parts with salvaged parts of mismatched colors.
