Komatsu FG15ST-17:
the lose of lifting and driving power/sluggish and slow

our lift is slow and sluggish to lift.and while driving with gas pedal fully press to the floor,lift rave-up then drop out and continully repeat this ontil foot is remove from gas pedal.PLEASE HELP.
