The Hydraulics system works too slowly

Does the hydraulics slow down after a few hours of working? If that is the case check the encoder on the motor assembly. Is the motor turning at a regular speed? You might have a clogged line.
I had a RRB2 that had a reported slow hyd system, but by the time I got to it, it would would be working correctly. The heat from the motor might be effecting the encoder.
