Terberg YT220 Coolant in engine oil

Cummins 6BT Engine

I have a bad coolant leak into the engine oil,

There is no signs of pressurising in the cooling system and no oil in the cooling system, I have checked the coreplugs inside the tapped cover and changed the oil cooler and gaskets.

Anybody ever had this problem?
