Technical bulletin for NEO traction motors

Hello,
can somebody please search for technical bulletin that comes with NEO traction motors kit? I guess it can be found in Crown PSRT. There it says to what month/year of production is applicable.

Basically, I want to know from what date Crown started installing NEO motors in the factory.

Thanks!

The NEO kit instructions say that it is only for trucks prior to February 7 2012.
