Linde (& Baker) H35D:
T321 T322 T324

Hello!
Would somebody to help find fault code meaning for my Linde 393 / 2017 : T324 T322 T321. Any solutions to check / solve it?
Thanks in advance !

I have had this problem a couple of times. Check the harness that goes under the engine to the steer axle. I have found the convoluted tubing loom wears into the wires and then they will eventually break. This has happened around 28,000 hours on the lift truck. 393-02

320 Steering angle sensor: PWM signal 1 out of range

traction controller 320

Fault description:
1B11 PWM signal 1 of steering angle sensor :K53 out of tolerance

Conditions of occurrence:
The controller recognizes at :K53 a PWM value < 5% or > 95%.

Result:
error steering angle sensor
error steering angle sensor for LSP
creep speed
Possible causes:
Line connection between steering sensor 1B11, connector 1X12 (:3) via connector 1X11 (:3) and controller (:K53) is defective.
Contact resistance in connectors 1X11 and/or 1X12
Wear at the mechanics of steering angle connection
5V no voltage supply
Steering angle sensor 1B11 is defective

321 Steering angle sensor: PWM signal 2 out of range

traction controller 321

Fault description:
1B11 PWM signal 2 of steering angle sensor :K31 out of tolerance

Conditions of occurrence:
The controller recognizes at :K31 a PWM value < 5% or > 95%.

Result:
error steering angle sensor
error steering angle sensor for LSP
creep speed
Possible causes:
Line connection between steering sensor 1B11, connector 1X12 (:2) via connector 1X11 (:2) and controller (:K31) is defective.
Contact resistance in connectors 1X11 and/or 1X12
Wear at the mechanics of steering angle connection
5V no voltage supply
Steering angle sensor 1B11 is defective

322 Steering angle sensor: Mismatch between signal 1 and signal 2

traction controller 322

Fault description:
1B11 Steering angle sensor signals 1 and 2 :K31 :K53 missmatch

Conditions of occurrence:
The controller recognizes that the added (opposite) %-values of the PWM < 95% or > 105% at pins :K53 and :K31

Die Addition der beiden PWM-Werte sollte im Idealfall unabhängig vom Lenkeinschlag immer 100% sein.

Result:
error steering angle sensor
error steering angle sensor for LSP
creep speed
Possible causes:
Line connection between steering sensor 1B11, connector 1X12 (:2/:3) via connector 1X11 (:2/:3) and controller (:K31/:K53) is defective.
Contact resistance in connectors 1X11 and/or 1X12
Wear at the mechanics of steering angle connection
5V no voltage supply
Steering angle sensor 1B11 is defective

323 Steering angle sensor: PWM frequence 1 is out of range

traction controller 323

Fault description:
Steering angle sensor: PWM frequence 1 is out of range

Conditions of occurrence:
The controller recognizes a frequency value < 170Hz or >230 Hz at the :K53

Result:
error steering angle sensor
error steering angle sensor for LSP
creep speed
Possible causes:
Line connection between steering sensor 1B11, connector 1X12 (:3) via connector 1X11 (:3) and controller (:K53) is defective.
5V no voltage supply
Steering angle sensor 1B11 is defective

324 Steering angle sensor: PWM frequence 2 is out of range
