STUCKING DURING THE UP MOVEMENT OF FORK

Cat Lift Trucks DP30NT

we are having Caterpiller CAT30 MODEL.While lifing fork more jurgging( struckling) more but while down the fork,smoothly is coming down.please guide me.....very urgent case..........
