HI. Still rx serial 516315200023 wish have folloving problem he burns the circuit on the fuse plate for main contactor 1k1 has done this tvice already,the truck works on board freazer traveller in 30degree minus and he builts up mosture on the fuseplate wish results in short betveen +and - on the plate, propally heat from curent floving to solenoid.I ask you my forklift friends has anyone had this problem and found good solution for it.

Thanks for advise I got the truck send to me this morning whish was a good thing the su unit is destroyd truck has these errors
A3902,A4002,A4207. I took these isolation tests and it,s alright got only mega ohm.I have orderd new su unit.I want to ask you is it possible to buy somewhere the service canbox,you see I worked for Still here in Iceland as a technican and trainer for 10 years until the company I work for vent down with the Banks
Now I.m freelance.I have asked the new dealer for this and they have been stalling for year now,they sometimes loan me thers.it.s geting wery diffcult to service RX series without Still diagnostic.maybe part numer would help to find on line.

Have you tested isolation between + and - in converters?, also should check isolation between + out line from main contactor to frame, tips contactor and frame.
