Discussion:
Still RX50 no drive and no lift

Hi,

A customer has a RX50. Now and then it doesn't work (no lift and no drive). No errors in the dash. You can select a direction, but when the accelerator is pushed the direction light goes off. When the battery connector is pulled out and put back in the trucks works normaly again.

1. Anybody knows what this problem could be?
2. Is a error histrory list available in the menu of the dash? I know how to get in te 2nd menu, found an option to reset error codes, but cannot find the list itself.

Hello Frits
You may need a new eprom back up battery in the console. The battery powers the console memory and does need changing periodically on these models. I think the part number is 526618.

Hi There

I had a similar problem a few months ago, except it was on a jungheinrich. My problem was the line contactor was staying shut due to the tips and it appeared as if the truck was powered on as everything was lit up ready to go but as soon as you tried driving it would appear to drain on the display and not do anything. Check out the main contactor.
