Hi,

There is a problem with CSC (curve speed control). When the truck starts it will drive with maximum 5 km/h until one of the sensors is active.
Check the sensors from the steering axle.

You don't have to adjust the address 150. It is already set to value 1, that means you will see the errors on the dashboard.

Best regards

It may look like I'm doing nothing, but in my head I'm quite busy.
Dear mate
I also have Still R60-40 serial 516027000860, all of function are out of order, on the console we have error 36?
I check very carefully the seatswitch, safety microswitch on travel pedal, parking barke, brake sender and all working properly
I wanna to try with service address 150 to diagnose all the switch and potentiometer but do not know how to set 150 on the dashboard ( maximum I can reach the address is FE cause it has only 2 digits)
Please help me

It sounds like an input problem from the throttle pedal or wiring. If there was a fault in the controller the machine should fail safe when it goes into full speed. Check the throttle pot and all the wiring to it, you should not need to adjust any parameters.

Hi AndyPandy, first my respect to you and thanks for your time.
I have a Still R60-25 (1998) with a problem of traction. When you push the acelerator pedal the truck has no reaction but if you push at the top it acelerates without regulation. May i have a problem with any of the parameters?, in wich case, how can i modificate them?
Thanks.

The drive card is the top one nearest the front og the truck and the pots are as follows.
From the left as look into the truck from the rear.
GB=travel speed limitation
HZ=rate of acceleration
BS=regen current braking
FS=Current limit
RS=Plug braking current
Anti clockwise to increase and clockwise to decrease.

The pump card adjustments againn starting from the left are as follows.
4=4th service speed
3=3rd service speed
2=Tilt speed
1=Lift speed
SK=Hydraulic start speed adjustment. Turen this pot clockwise until the pump motor starts, then turn anti clockwise until it stops, then turn 1 more turn in that direction.

Hope this helps.

I will have to dig out the information on this, can you confirm that this is an older SCR type control unit and exactly what you wish to change. If this is one of the older SCR units one card is for the drive and one is for the hydraulics. These are adjustable on the pots facing the top of the card, but there are limits to what can be done.
