Clark C500 SERIES:
Starting problems

When I turn the key I hear a clicking (sounds like it is coming from the starter solenoid) I have to turn it off and on anywhere from 3 time to 10 times and finally the starter will engage.

I had the battery checked (good) so I decided to put a new starter on. Replaced starter still does the same. I checked all the connections, they look good.

Is there a starter relay?
Could it be the ignition switch?
Any other ideas?
