What year is this truck, what engine and I need s replacement starter

Your local Yale dealer should be able to handle it from that model/serial number.

Thank you for responding. I tried to figure code but wasn't successful. The model and sn data plate mounted in dash right hand side siting in machine: 357A
: 5021352-03
Data plate left side of seat: GP030BDNUEA085
Serial N: N475981

What engine is in the truck ?.
If v6 vortec , you need to change the 2 starter bolts when you change the starter
Some have a rear mounted bracket to support the starter.
The starter is known to kick ,break a mounting bolt and eat the ring gear as a trade off.

You can't tell from the model number alone. You need the serial number. Any Yale/Hyster dealer can get you the starter from the serial number.
