Discussion:
Spitting out water.

Righto guys, i have a old (same age as me) Toyota 2FD25-61996 with a 2 J diesel engine. The owner drives it like a D9 thru the paddock lifting more then it was ever designed for and he is 70 years old and cannot be told any different.

The trouble the poor old girl when it is turned off it spits water straight out the overflow like an annoyed cobra snake. The head has been off crack tested, all new valves and machined, new water pump, new thermostat and housing, new cap, new fan belt, radiator tanks removed and cleaned (it is a modified radiator out of a cruiser but it is clean). Fan and shroud aren't the best but are there.

Has anyone else had this issue as i have told him cement is where it should live on but he has had it 30 years and it never done it before so i cannot win....
