Is there an good reduction kit available for engines without electronic fuel injection. Most of the ones i have seen use a motor on the accelarator cable and a sensor on the crown wheel. The drivers get around this by pumping the accelarator pedal. The time it takes for the motor to release the cable the truck is already past its speed limit.

Worked for a company that had these installed on some trucks,it limits the amount of fuel coming into the engine when it gets up to the speed you set in it.
